The new Sony Xperia XZ is now in full swing as it’s coming to pretty much every country that Sony can reach. We’ve seen its hands on in Asia, Europe, and now North America. But Sony’s not done there, as the Japanese company announced plans to release their latest flagship, the Xperia XZ, and four of their other flagship devices across every continent this year.
For starters, the Xperia XZ will be coming to Canada in Q3 and there’s a good chance that it will launch the day the phone launches. At the moment, Sony is focusing on Europe, with the announcement that they will be bringing the Xperia XZ and Xperia X Compact to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, the Netherlands, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Turkey.
In North America, the Xperia XZ and X Compact will be arriving in the US in Q3, and the same time that the phones launch in the rest of the world. If you’re looking for the Xperia XZ, it will be arriving in Canada in Q3. You’ll be able to get the phone in white, black, and platinum. It comes with 6GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and a 3,000 mAh battery.
The Xperia X Compact is the smaller of the two, coming in at 4.6 inches and weighing 180 grams. This is the phone that you’re likely to buy if you’re a smaller person, as it comes in at the same size as the iPhone 6, but weighing only 7 ounces.
It has a 5.2 inch screen with a 720p resolution, but when it comes to the camera, it has a 13 megapixel rear-facing shooter and a 2.2 megapixel front-facing camera. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat and comes
